  • Monthly Donation: Employers contribute monthly and receive visit credits based on their tier.
  • Tax-Deductible: All donations are 100% tax-deductible through The Weekend Clinic’s 501(c)(3) status.
  • Rollover Credits: Up to 5 unused visits per month may roll over to the next month.
  • Overage Visits: Additional visits beyond your monthly limit are charged at your tier’s overage rate.
  • Access: Employees receive visit codes to use for either telehealth or Sunday in-person care.
  • Covered Services: Includes care for common illnesses, rapid tests, prescriptions, and injections at low cost.
