Affordable Healthcare Access for Working Families
Powered by The Weekend Clinic
What is WorkWell?
The WorkWell Program is a low-cost, employer-sponsored healthcare solution created by The Weekend Clinic, a nonprofit medical practice serving the uninsured and underinsured in Southern Ohio. This program bridges the gap in primary care access by offering:
Evening telehealth visits (Weekdays, 6–10 PM)
Unlimited in-person care (Scheduled Sundays at The Weekend Clinic)
Fast help for coughs, colds, rashes, and more
Access to low-cost testing, treatments, and medications at specific pharmacies
How it Works for Employers
✅ Your business makes a monthly or quarterly donation to The Weekend Clinic (tax-deductible)
✅ Each donation unlocks access to a pool of care visits for your employees
✅ Employees receive a code or card to book care through our system
✅ Funds go directly to patient care, not profits - we’re a 501(c)(3) nonprofit
BONUS: Your donation may be written off as a charitable contribution or advertising expense - ask your accountant!
What Employees Get
Same-day telehealth access with licensed medical providers
Compassionate, judgment-free in-person care on scheduled Sundays
Rapid tests, treatments, and prescriptions for common conditions
No surprise bills. No insurance needed. Just care.
Why It Matters
Many hardworking Ohioans fall into a coverage gap of earning too much to qualify for assistance, but not enough to afford health insurance. WorkWell ensures your team doesn’t have to choose between their health and their paycheck.
By partnering with us, your business becomes a champion for community health and your employees get the care they need to stay healthy and productive.

Important Note
The WorkWell Program is not a substitute for a primary care provider.
While we offer convenient care for common, non-emergent issues, we encourage all patients to establish a relationship with a primary care provider for ongoing health management, chronic conditions, and preventive screenings.
Our goal is to fill the gap — not replace comprehensive care.
